Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lmura, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Lmura.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload — including your portfolios, showreels, and scripts. User assets remain the exclusive property of the respective users or agencies, and Lmura claims no ownership over them. By uploading content, you grant Lmura a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting illegal content, infringing on others' rights, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the service for others.

4a. No Fake Content Policy

You confirm that all images, videos, and information you upload are real, belong to you, and are not fabricated or belonging to another person. Posting fake content will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

5. Automated Output

Automated outputs are provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing any automated output before commercial use.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid tiers (Gold and Diamond) are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Paid tiers do not include a free trial — you can evaluate Lmura on the permanent free Standard tier before upgrading. All paid purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per applicable law and our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lmura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lmura and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, platform outages, downtime, or interruptions; loss or corruption of uploaded content; and the conduct, content, or services of third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Lmura’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Lmura in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Anti-Scraping & Intellectual Property

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from Lmura, and you may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform in a way that exceeds normal use or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or design of any Lmura feature. The Lmura name, logo, brand, interface, and all software, features, and content we provide are owned by Lmura and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these terms. Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by internationally recognized digital commerce standards and by the laws applicable to the provision of digital services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before pursuing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be brought before a competent court or arbitration body of appropriate jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary, or from exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
